"Jadestone Alliance is a guild based on having fun. Fun according to us is playing with nice people who care more about each other than about loot. We enjoy, and take pride in, mastering new and increasingly harder boss encounters but we always put fun before kills. Therefore we don't force specs or attendance but we do ask of you to respect your guild mates and don't waste their time. Always be prepared and try to do your best."
Our current needs are shown in the Recruitment Status box to the right. As a part of our recruiting policy all new recruits will be taken on for a trial period.
Keep proving yourself
As a Trialist you are expected to prove your worth in heroics, 10 and 25 man raids before becoming a full member.
Respect
As a Trialist (and JSA member for that matter) you are expected to treat your fellow JSA members with respect in the forums and in-game. Bad language and offensive behavior will terminate the trial. Bad mouthing other guilds or being involved in siuations where JSA's reputation is at risk are also reasons for terminating a trial.
Don't be greedy
As a Trialist you shouldn't expect to get all the "phat loot". Whining about loot and acting greedy will end the trial.
Maturity
We prefer to see applicants with an age of 18 years or above. In some cases exceptions can be made, but don't count on it.
Involvement
We try to maintain an active guild community using our forum as the main point of contact outside the game. Members and trialists alike are encouraged to be active on the forum by reading raid debriefs, boss tactics and discussing their favorite class or profession.
Cheating and lending your account
We do not accept or condone the use of bots or other 3rd party software to modify or interact with World of Warcraft in a way that was not intended by Blizzard. Members found using bots will be kicked from the guild.
We also do not accept members lending their accounts to outsiders as it could compromises the security of the guild and its bank.
